We collect only the data needed to respond to your inquiries and to operate this website. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can request changes or deletion.

When you submit an inquiry we collect: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, the products you're asking about, your message, and any files you attach.
We also collect basic technical data when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and timestamps. This is used solely for site operation and aggregate analytics — not for advertising.
Inquiry data is used to prepare a quote, send a sample, schedule a factory tour, or otherwise respond to your request. It is shared internally with the sales engineer and product manager assigned to your account.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as your buyer relationship is active, plus seven years for accounting and tax compliance under Chinese law. After that period, records are deleted or anonymised.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing vip@kingmax-outdoor.com. We respond within 30 days.
