Samples ship via DHL, UPS or FedEx by default. Sample lead time starts at 7 days; transit times depend on destination. Sample freight is charged at cost; we credit the freight against your first production order.
Standard production lead time is 30–35 days from order confirmation. Custom items, new tooling or unusual finishes may extend this; we confirm a firm date in the proforma invoice.
We optimise carton dimensions for full-container efficiency. Loading plans, cartons-per-pallet, and per-SKU container quantities are provided in the proforma invoice. Common sizes: 20'GP, 40'GP, 40'HQ.
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate (where required), and FSC chain-of-custody documentation for FSC-certified items.
Inspect cartons on arrival. Photograph any visible damage before unpacking and notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the freight forwarder. We resolve quality claims under our standard quality policy.
